Donnell Woolford Dream Center

In Chicago, Donnell found himself constantly in the practice arena, cell phones were around but not allowed on the field. The locker room had a standard practice of three separate landlines around the space. These phones would ring all the time, and whoever happened to be around would answer, ask who’s calling, and then find the person trying to be reached. Donnell was prepping for the big Green Bay Packers game that weekend. He was on the field and was approached by whomever answered the phone the time; his mother was on the line.

Donnell’s mom called him with excitement, joy, and slight urgency about a large plot of land that just become available nearby their town church. She felt so strongly about this opportunity to purchase and donate this plot of land to a place that they loved, that their town loved.

Donnell knew that his mother felt called by God. He also knew the God’s children were to obey their parents. So, he did it; he bought the land and donated it to his church back home.

Today, 35 years later, this land is being developed into the Donnell Woolford Dream Center. A place where children, military veterans, and seniors will all come together to grow, to help each other, and to turn their dreams into reality.

Statement of Faith

At World Faith Clinic Church (WFCC) we
believe that our primary mission is to preach
the Gospel of Jesus Christ and word of God
throughout our Community and the world.
We preach the Foundational belief(s) that our
God is Good and manifests himself as God
being the Father, God the Son, and God the
Holy Spirit.

God is the Eternal King, Creator, and
Benevolent Redeemer of all that there is. We
Believe God is perfectly holy, just, loving, and
truthful. We believe that the Holy Bible is the
only inspired, infallible and authoritative
Word of God.

We believe the authoritative Word of God
where we are taught that humankind was
created in the image of God to know and
enjoy Him, yet we willfully rejected the
Lordship and glory of God for which we were
intended. Therefore, because of this, the
judgment of sickness, death, and entered the
world and now creation experiences the
effects and consequences of that sin.

Major General Kirkland Abbreviated Bio Summary
Major General Kirkland was commissioned as Distinguished Military Graduate and second lieutenant of Armor through the Army ROTC Program at North Carolina State University in May 1976. MG Kirkland has a bachelor of science degree from North Carolina State University, and a master’s degree in Global Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College in July 2000. His family has a military legacy traceable to family ancestors with service in the American Civil War, the famed 10th Cavalry Regiment during the American Westward Continental Expansion, WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.
MG Kirkland is also a graduate of the Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Army Nuclear Weapons course, Armor Officer Advance Course, Basic Airborne Course, Combined Arms and Service Staff School, Command and General Staff College, Army War College and General Officers Senior Leader Course. His assignments are too numerous to catalogue here. Notably, he served with United States Army, Istanbul, Turkey, Fort Hood Texas, (1st Cav.) Fort Riley Kansas, (Big Red one) Korea, Germany, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
In civilian life, General Kirkland was a Program Engineer with Sundstrand-Hamilton Aviation , Rockford, Illinois, and Pratt & Whitney Auto-Air Aerospace, Lansing, Michigan. There, he worked with other program engineers and design engineers involved in the development, fielding, and repair of commercial aircraft engine thrust components. He insured compliance with company and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules, policies, and procedures applicable to the manufacture of aircraft engines, aircraft engine parts, aircraft gas turbine components, airframe components, aircraft nacelle components and aircraft engine ground test nacelles. As required, he applied his military knowledge and experience to interact, coordinate, and negotiate with key Department of Defense officials on military flight and non-flight manufacturing operations, such as Air Force A-10 “Wart Hog” Engine flight Nacelles, used in Low Altitude Night Targeting and Infrared Navigation “LANTIRN” Pods and other Close Air Support Aircraft Programs and on the Presidential Air Force One, Baggage Loader.
He also was the Chief of Police in the Village of Sunfield, Michigan of 12 subordinate Officers in the execution of assigned duties. Later as a RESERVE Deputy, Eaton County, Michigan, He Performed Sheriff Deputy law enforcement and crime prevention duties identical to police duties, by patrolling assigned county and city Municipal doing service calls for the protection of life and property and the enforcement of Eaton County and Michigan State laws, Served Criminal warrants, Court subpoenas, and other Civil documents.
Major General Kirkland’s awards include the Secretary Of Defense Pentagon Staff Badge, Army Legion of Merit (with 3 Oak Leaf Cluster), Meritorious Service Medal (with 2nd Oak Leaf Cluster), the Army Commendation Medal (with 2 Oak Leaf Clusters), Army Achievement Medal, Parachutist Badge. MG Kirkland retired from the Army after 34 years’ service and currently resides in Hope Mills, North Carolina. He has been married two times and has four daughters, Dr. Kathleen Jarrett MD, (Grand Rapids, Mi) Charyl Kirkland Esq., (Holt, Mi)., Shannon Myers-Rinehart and Elizabeth Rinehart of Lansing, Michigan and a Son, William A. Kirkland, (Phoenix, AZ). MG Kirkland is married to Ms. Judy E. Myers of Portland, Michigan in October of 2020.

Willy is a senior Non-Commision officer Sergeant First Class with a Bio degree in master of theology, Bachelor of arts in theology, Associate of arts in theology, Minor in Apologetics, Minor in Christian Education.
